Cornerstone Engineering Consultants, Inc. (Cornerstone) was founded in 2015 in Tifton, GA. Cornerstone was founded by Casey Joyner, PE, who is a native of the Tifton area. Mr. Joyner was formerly employed with Piedmont Geotechnical Consultants, Inc. in Roswell, GA for 10 years and then with TTL, Inc. in Albany, GA for 8 years. The firm is also led by senior engineer, Mr. Kurt Banner, PE, who is a native of Leesburg, Georgia. Mr. Banner was formerly employed at TTL, Inc. in Albany, Georgia for 12 years.

Cornerstone provides geotechnical engineering, materials testing, IBC Special Inspection services, and stormwater/BMP inspections. Our firm’s mission is to provide a high level of value and service to our clients, while maintaining a positive work environment and opportunities for advancement to our employees. We currently have two licensed geotechnical engineers on staff and field and laboratory engineering technicians. Our office is located in Ty Ty, Georgia, which is a small town just west of Tifton. We feel that we will provide the highest quality of services in our geographic locale, and we look forward to being your geotechnical, materials testing and Special Inspection consultant of choice.
