My company, Noli White Group Project Managers, is based out of Nashville, Tennessee, and served as the construction program and project managers for 2 hospital systems in south Georgia. We managed the construction of a medical office building, oncology center and new patient tower for Archbold Memorial Hospital in Thomasville, GA. The new patient tower consisted of a 9-story plus basement addition that was supported on auger cast piles. The project budget was over $80 million. Our firm also managed the design and construction of an expansion to the Colquitt Regional Medical Center in Moultrie, GA. This project budget was over $30 million. Mr. Casey Joyner, PE served as my senior geotechnical engineer on these projects, the senior project manager and engineer for the construction testing/Special Inspections and was my primary point of contact for those services. Casey was responsive, practical and professional. I would recommend Mr. Joyner for geotechnical and Special Inspection services, and have enjoyed working with him over the past 7 years on these projects.
